Quick Answer

FiXedNewTeeth is Trinity Dental Arts’ brand for All-on-X services: a full arch of replacement teeth secured to dental implants, rather than removed by you each night.

Your examination determines candidacy, implant number, and timing. Eligible patients may receive fixed temporary teeth on surgery day; healing, final teeth, and ongoing maintenance are separate stages.

A Fixed Full-Arch Option

What Are FiXedNewTeeth?

FiXedNewTeeth is Trinity Dental Arts’ brand for All-on-X full-arch implant services. A custom bridge replaces an upper or lower arch of teeth and is secured to dental implants placed in the jaw. The number of implants depends on your clinical needs.

Unlike a removable denture, a fixed arch stays in your mouth for daily use. A dental professional can remove it when maintenance or repair is necessary. You will learn how to clean around the implants and under the bridge, and how to care for it during healing.

The key difference is support: an All-on-X bridge is anchored to implants. Your consultation establishes whether this approach fits your health, bone support, bite, and goals.

Step 2 of 6

Implant Placement

Dr. Gjelaj places implants according to your clinical plan. When implant stability and other clinical conditions allow, fixed temporary teeth may be attached that day. Your interim teeth plan is discussed before surgery.

3–6 months

Step 3 of 6

Healing & Osseointegration

Your implants integrate with the surrounding bone during healing. Follow your prescribed diet and attend review visits. Healing time varies, and some cases need additional treatment.

In-house lab

Step 4 of 6

Your Custom Arch Crafted

Our in-house lab designs and mills your final fixed prosthetic to your exact shade, shape, and gum line — engineered for a natural look and a comfortable bite.

What “Teeth in a Day” Really Means

FiXedNewTeeth is planned as a sequence of care, not a one-visit guarantee. Imaging, implant stability, and your health determine whether same-day temporary teeth are suitable.

Temporary Teeth When Appropriate

Eligible patients may receive fixed temporary teeth on surgery day. This does not complete the full course of treatment.

Fixed for Daily Use

The arch stays in place for daily use. Professional removal may be needed for maintenance or repair.

A Planned Recovery

Healing includes a prescribed diet and follow-up visits. Final teeth are fitted at the appropriate stage.

Expert Board-Certified Care

Dr. Gjelaj’s implant credentials and clinical planning guide your care; individual results and risks vary.

Is It Right For You?

Are You a Candidate for FiXedNewTeeth?

  • You currently wear a removable denture or partial
  • You have multiple loose, broken, or failing teeth
  • You are tired of denture adhesive, sore spots, and slipping
  • You prefer a fixed arch rather than a removable denture
  • Your jawbone and treatment options can be assessed with imaging
  • Your health, medications, and surgical risks can be reviewed with the doctor

An online questionnaire is a starting point, not a diagnosis. A clinical examination is needed to confirm candidacy.

Sound Familiar?

My denture slips when I talk or laugh.

A fixed arch is secured to implants rather than relying only on gum support.

I can't bite into an apple or a steak.

The aim is more stable chewing. Follow your recovery diet and the doctor’s long-term guidance.

Adhesive is messy, costly, and embarrassing.

A fixed implant-supported arch does not use denture adhesive.

My denture causes painful sore spots.

A fixed restoration changes how your replacement teeth are supported. Fit and comfort still need review.

My face looks sunken without my denture in.

Your bone support and the design of your restoration are assessed together.

I hate taking my teeth out at night.

You do not remove a fixed arch at night. Cleaning underneath it and regular professional care are essential.
