FiXedNewTeeth™ is Trinity Dental Arts’ brand for All-on-X full-arch implant services. A custom bridge replaces an upper or lower arch of teeth and is secured to dental implants placed in the jaw. The number of implants depends on your clinical needs.
Unlike a removable denture, a fixed arch stays in your mouth for daily use. A dental professional can remove it when maintenance or repair is necessary. You will learn how to clean around the implants and under the bridge, and how to care for it during healing.
The key difference is support: an All-on-X bridge is anchored to implants. Your consultation establishes whether this approach fits your health, bone support, bite, and goals.

Your 90-minute Signature Consultation includes CBCT imaging, full X-rays, an intraoral scan, and a written treatment plan. The $300 prepaid fee is credited toward treatment begun within 30 days.

Step 2 of 6
Implant Placement
Dr. Gjelaj places implants according to your clinical plan. When implant stability and other clinical conditions allow, fixed temporary teeth may be attached that day. Your interim teeth plan is discussed before surgery.
3–6 months
Step 3 of 6
Healing & Osseointegration
Your implants integrate with the surrounding bone during healing. Follow your prescribed diet and attend review visits. Healing time varies, and some cases need additional treatment.

Your Custom Arch Crafted
Our in-house lab designs and mills your final fixed prosthetic to your exact shade, shape, and gum line — engineered for a natural look and a comfortable bite.

Final Fit & Delivery
